 Good turnout in 2010

Last year alone, it made around 10,000 units available to the market and added 102 hectares to its total land development.
Avida president Leo Montenegro agrees that the past year had been a good one for the property market as a whole.

And as a testimony to its faith to its products and people, Avida will soon relocate its headquarters in one of the most coveted addresses in the country—Bonifacio Global City.

Avida, in fact, is likewise introducing a community at the very sought-after location—Avida Towers Global City.
