Day 31: Flower Candy

 

This is what you get when you're at a party and you are starting to be bored because everything is waiting so long to start. The creativity worked out well don't you think? Love it! Love it! 

Day 30: Ultrasound

After a very long wait finally I saw you again. It's been 2 years and I can't say I'm happy to see you again. This time you scanned another part of me. My neck!! I took a photo while no one was watching.

Day 29: Waiting

I really do hate waiting in hospitals it's a place where they make it so boring to wait. No magazines to read, no TV and nurses that can't seem to tell me when is it going to be my turn. .I just hate it when I get there in time and the doctor still isn't there and I have to wait for an hour til the doctor gets there BUMMER!!!

I know there are times when problems cannot be avoided. Health emergencies do occur, and sometimes a scheduled appointment can take longer than expected. That said, my schedule is just as important, and doctors should work to ensure my time is not wasted

Day 28: Two Hearts

There is no perfect relationship and nothing in this world is is perfect, ever. There are always some ways you have to bend, to compromise, to give something up in order to gain something greater...I know that thet love we have for each other is bigger than these small differences and greater than the challenges. And that's the key. It's like a giant  pie chart, and the love in a relationship is the biggest piece. Love can make up for a lot and it does conquer all. My heart is scarred and I'm not perfect and you're not perfect either but I chose you and I love you. That will always be enough for me.

This was an unexpected gift that I got for Christmas from my dear Papa. Not Papa as in Papa Philbert but Papa as in my my dear Father.

Day 21: Saying Goodbye

We turned over our keys to the broker today and I  said my good byes to the condo. It was bittersweet I almost didn’t want to leave. We had a lot of great memories there that was our home when we moved back to the Philippines. Adee took her first steps there and Joshwa got used to sitting at the table while using his laptop. I guess it’s time to move on and start anew else where. I know that our new home will also give us great memories too.

Day 20: Scrapbook

I love scrapbooking and sometimes I know that it always doesn't love me back. I still keep going at it.There are several reason's  why I  scrapbook. I don't want my kids to forget about me simple as that. Life is short!!! I have struggled with finding time to devote to my writing but have discovered that scrapbooking helps me to express myself through words and emotions.

Day 18: Backpack

What is it with that Backpack:? Why do you love it so much? Why do you always carry it with you? You even scream for your bag in the middle of the night.  Everyday with you is a new adventure!

Day 16: Gymboree Day

We were invited to attend a Pamper's event and I was so excited than Adee to be totally honest. Gymboree f is wonderfully colorful, varied, child focused, safe and clean. There are slides, stairs, balls, ramps, bubbles, monkey bars.

From what I found out the classes are leveled and each week the gym’s set-up supports new developmentally appropriate skills. What really makes the child class interesting are the teachers. To be a Gymboree teacher there has to be  something special about the teachers. There are some people that are just meant to be around children! The mood, music and feel of the class is so positive and enjoyable. Thank you Gymboree for  making Adee's week so much fun.

Day 15: Grape Carbonara

Yes you read it right this is Grape Carbonara.I took this photo in Goodles located in Robinson's Galleria. They put grape halves in with the carbonara. According to the owner Sharleen Tan the carbonara, which oftentimes comes out too creamy and rich, is complemented by the taste of the grapes which tempers the richness of the carbonara sauce.Totally loved it!!!

Day 14:Croquembouche (Cream Puff Tower)

Tempting isn't it? I saw this at a Dessert Event and I couldn't resist it.This is a tower of cream puffs held together by caramel and decorated with spun sugar. I just had to take a photo and I wanted to grab a piece of the cream puff or worse I want to eat the whole tower.. Yummy!!

Day 13: SINIGANG NA HIPON

Sinigang is a Philippine dish famous for the variety of ingredients. Sinigang often incorporates fish, pork, chicken, shrimp, or beef. Sinigang’s characteristic taste is attributed to the ingredient that gives its sour taste and most commonly use ingredient is Tamarind or Sampalok for its sour taste. My husband loves this dish and can finish it all by himself and he doesn't like to share this me but because he loves me he shares it with me although begrudingly

Day 12: Beauty Products

If for other people their resolution is to use less beauty products. I want to start using more beauty products. I am no a fuss and no frills kind of girl. In the past I've tried different kinds of lotions and soaps but somehow it just irritates my nose and it doesn't agree with my rhinitis. But this is the year to step out of my comfort zone. A year to try to do something new.

Day 10: Foul Mood

I never really thought that I would go through the terrible twos with Adee. She was such an easy and didn't really give us a hard time. When she turned 2 years old all of a sudden tantrums was an every day challenge.One minutes she's sweet and the next minute she would be screaming her head off when she doesn't get what she wants.

Day 9: Chuvaness

I'm a big fan of her blog which can be found here. I read her blog everyday sometimes twice a day. A person once told me that you don't want to mess with her. She knows she has this power in the blogging world but she barely uses it and never abuses it.

Day 8: Fried Chicken

I love Fried Chicken.. I love it when it's fresh from the pan and it's crunchy.
Love it so much that I can't resist it. Yummy!!!

Day 7: Lunch

I like to do quick lunches with my friends specially on a weekday. Most especially with my BFF Marisa. You could no wrong you could hang out and have fun and not eat enough for one lifetime. Because you are both on a tight schedule. Rushing is always the fun part..

Marisa and I have always wanted at Racks because the food is great. Great thing they opened a new branch in Magallanes so we didn't have to go MOA to satisfy our craving.

Day 6: Independent

Adee is growing up she's starting to explore things on her own.

Day 5: My Parents

This is the most decent photo that I have with my mom and dad. Though sometimes we don't see eye to eye. I know that they love me and I love them too.n

Adee is been imitating what I do lately. I wasn't surprised when she took my phone from me and said Mommy Tiss!! (cheese).. So cute!!

Day 3: Joshwa Sings

Who would have known that for someone who can barely speak  has a great singing voice. I'm so proud of my son Joshwa. He never ceases to amaze us.

Day 2: Food

This is a typical food spread during our family get together. We usually do lunch but in this photo this was a breakfast get together. I could never imagine not being part of my family we are literally a BIG FAMILY.
